I would like to thank tou and your staff at Alum Creek RV & Marine for the excepuional service we received last August 14th .
We were far from our home in Ottawa Canada when a wheel bearing on our small Airstream trailer began to give us trouble .
Even though it was Saturday when no maintence services are available , a mechanic was called in and soon repaired everything at a very reasonable charge and we were safely on our way .
Thanks for "bending over backwards" to help us we will never forget it.
It is very rare in this day and age to find such kind and knowledgeable group of professionals . I am sure your business willbe be successful and profitable.

From the Sales person Kyle who did not pressure us at all, to Lisa the Finance Manager who was kind enough to go over our paperwork several times to the Manager Mike who gave us his personal cell phone # just to have if we ran in to any trouble.

You made this such a wonderful experience ! We will send pictures of our trip to Washington with our Open road Fifth wheel.

Thank you very much for your staff helping me in a very dire emergency I had

I was losing my wheel off my camper, if it wasn’t for your help, I don't know what I would have done.

You were fast with the work and very courteous. People like you don't come around too often, at least I know there are still good people in the USA.

May GOD bless you and your staff over time. Thanks to you I was able to go on my trout fishing trip.

Also your rates for replacing my wheel was very reasonable.
